These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to orders placed by consumers (B2C) via this online shop. The German version is the primary version for a Germany-based business; the English version is provided for convenience. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

These T&Cs apply to all orders placed through this online shop.

3. Products, prices, and availability

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are shown on the product pages and during checkout. Prices include statutory VAT (if applicable) and do not include shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

4. Contract conclusion

Product listings are not a legally binding offer. A contract is concluded when you complete the checkout and we confirm the order or dispatch the goods (depending on the checkout flow). The "order with obligation to pay" button (or equivalent) is used.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

6. Delivery and shipping

Shipping destinations, delivery times, and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Partial deliveries may occur if reasonable for you, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details are set out in our Refund/Returns Policy (withdrawal information and model withdrawal form).

8. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. In case of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to the typical foreseeable damage, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), while mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
