  • E-commerce platform and hosting: Shopify (Shopify services used for storefront/checkout and data processing).
  • Technical operator / processor: Fluethmann Ventures GmbH (website operation/development).
  • Payment providers used at checkout: Shopify Payments (including major card networks), Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods made available in Shopify checkout.
  • Shipping and logistics providers: DHL, Deutsche Post, DPD, UPS, and destination-dependent international logistics partners.
  • Email and support tooling: Google Workspace (Gmail), Shopify systems, and internal support workflows.
  • Analytics/marketing (if used): Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel, operated subject to your consent where required.
  • Professional advisors (e.g., tax advisors) where necessary.

6. International transfers

Depending on the service providers used (e.g., Shopify and other tools), personal data may be processed in countries outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and additional measures.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law (e.g., tax and commercial retention obligations). Log data is typically retained for a limited period.
