Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery

This page describes where we deliver, delivery times, shipping costs, and how shipping works.

1. Delivery area

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • Germany (DE)
  • European Union (EU): AT, BE, BG, HR, CY, CZ, DK, EE, FI, FR, GR, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, LU, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SI, ES, SE
  • International: AE, AU, CA, CH, GB, HK, IL, JP, KR, MY, NO, NZ, SG, US

2. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Germany 2-5 business days, EU 3-10 business days, international 5-20 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or customs processing.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Current standard rates:

  • Germany: EUR 4.99 (Standard); free shipping from EUR 50.00 order subtotal
  • EU: EUR 13.99 (Standard International)
  • International: EUR 19.99 (Standard International)

5. Carriers and tracking

Carriers: DHL, Deutsche Post, DPD, UPS, and destination-dependent international logistics partners.
Tracking: Tracking is provided for most parcel shipments and shared by email once the order has been dispatched.

6. Customs, duties, and taxes (outside EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional costs (e.g., customs duties, import VAT, handling fees) may be charged by the authorities/carriers. These are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Delivery issues

Please ensure the delivery address is correct. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
