Sizing:
Pick your Shapes size (1–10) with the chart/quiz. If you feel the front edge under your foot while walking, choose one Shapes size smaller. Fits any shoe; can be worn under the stock insole.
Use & care:
Start with 1–2 h/day for 2–3 days, then increase. Wipe clean with mild soap and water. Individual results vary; not a medical device.
